Davis Showroom at NeoCon

NeoCon is an annual trade show highlighting the interior design industry’s top manufacturers as well as emerging companies that are showcasing new products and services.

In 2013, Davis Furniture exhibited from a fabulous showroom at NeoCon, displaying an array of high-end, modern products from tables and chairs to lobby furniture, benches, and couches.

To divide the various areas of the showroom, designers at J Robert Bazemore needed a material to use as a partition without decreasing visibility throughout the exhibit. They wanted to create individual “rooms” using a semi-transparent material, and Fabricoil® was the perfect fit.

Utilizing more than 7,000 square feet of metal mesh, designers were able to add see-through boundaries to the various displays within the showroom. Fabricoil also added a touch of elegance to the overall display, integrating well with the style of Davis Furniture products.

J. Robert Bazemore selected 3/16” aluminum Fabricoil panels in a Bright Pearl Grey finish. The metal mesh systems were suspended from the ceiling and attached using Cascade’s Sleeve attachment system.

The trade show was a success too. Davis Furniture took home gold in the “Conference Room Furniture” category for its collection of benches and tables that “dare to push the limits of design and engineering,” according to the company.
