Findings Showroom

The very first Findings location was established in 1989 in Los Angeles to highlight clothing designers’ creations in a unique retail space. Success spurred the company’s growth, allowing them to expand into Paris, Dallas, Atlanta, and New York City.

Finding’s New York City location delivers a “subtle west-meets-east style” that blends “urban and bohemian life,” and the space includes a variety of unique architectural details such as Cascade’s Fabricoil® coiled wire fabric systems.

The hanging metal mesh systems feature 1/8” steel Fabricoil panels finished in Antique Bronze. The panels are attached to Cascade’s durable and operable Steel Secura Track attachment systems, which allow staff to open or close the partitions easily.

Serving as a wayfinding function for guests, the Fabricoil panels help to define the individual sections of the interior and clearly delineate access points to each collection.

Fabricoil is a semi-transparent material that was ideal for the Findings showroom. Owners wanted to incorporate partitions into the interior but needed to maintain visibility throughout the entire space so guests could have views into each collection.

Fabricoil achieved the ideal balance of transparency and opacity for Findings’ east coast location.
