That’s why for the Texas Rangers’ new stadium, Globe Life Field, designers chose to outfit these premium spaces with amenities and materials aimed to impress.
To deliver an element of privacy and mystery, architects at HKS, Inc. specified approximately 7,000 square feet of 1/2" aluminum Fabricoil for the Home Plate Club, the Founders Club, and other private dining areas within the stadium.
The metal mesh material is semi-transparent, which allows some visibility into the suites without putting the spaces on full display.
For this installation, Fabricoil is connected to Cascade’s operable aluminum Secura Track attachment, allowing staff to retract the material or provide full coverage when desired. The curtain and hardware components are finished in a powder-coated Antique Bronze finish and anchored to the ceiling just inside of a glass wall. Between the mesh and the glass, designers chose red LED lights that give the material a burst of color.
